Implementation Process - HowNow Server

Initial phone call with implementation manager

 

You will receive notification of a ticket being booked into our system and will receive a link to book in an initial 15 minute phone with your Implementation Manager. 

 

This first phone call will be to explain the next steps and make sure the team from Business Fitness are connecting with the correct people from your firm.

 

Who should attend from your firm: HowNow Project Leader 

 

Software installation

 

Installation of HowNow on your server.

Database connection to practice management system.

 

Who should attend from your firm: Server Administrator

 

Implementation meeting 

 

A web meeting between Business Fitness and your firm to discuss the implementation process and make decision on how the products will be used within your firm. 

 

Go live dates are scheduled. 

 

Who should attend from your firm: HowNow Project Team 


Catalogue process started (if cataloguing existing client files)

 

Catalogue process commences. Verifications are run and the Business Fitness team will work with you on any clean up that is required from your end. 

 

Who should attend from your firm: HowNow Project Leader / Server Administrator if required

 

Administrator Training

 

The HowNow Administrator(s) will go through our accredited online training programs for the products you have subscribed to.  

 

Q&A to follow with Implementation Manager

 

Who should attend from your firm: HowNow/Product Administrators 

 

User Training

 

All users will go through our accredited online training programs for the products you have subscribed to.  

 

Who should attend from your firm: All users 

 

Meeting to prepare for go live day

 

Web meeting to discuss installation of add-ins that will be required from go live and agenda for go live day.


Catalogue records

 

The night/weekend prior to go live all users must stop using the current system for saving client files and all client files are catalogued into HowNow ready for Go Live Day.

 

Go Live Day 

 

Implementation manager onsite for the day to assist with go live. 

 

Q & A sessions.

Assistance with add-in installations.

General assistance as required.


Follow Up

 

Follow up phone calls to the HowNow Project Leader and assistance as required.


Additional Module Implementation


If you have purchased additional modules such as Workflow or Portal these will be implemented post go live of HowNow.
